Dia is the application that is used by all Ukrainians. Within this context the government has developed an app called Dia App with the following goals:

• store documents in one electronic place;
• hold important polls;
• provide services;
• facilitating the process of obtaining documents;
• transparent tracking of application statuses;
• time-saving;
• deprive people of endless queues.

<aside> 🚫 Major pain points

1. It's hard to find the feature "Add a document" because as a user I should do a swipe 6 times.

2. There are only a few services that the app helps to provide. For example, if in the service applying should to participate two or more people, the app doesn't support such kind of process. People should use other platforms.

3. It's hard to sign documents. To sign documents, you should move your face as it is shown on the screen but it never passes from the first time.
